Better than the Chinesium it ships with.

The cheap alloy in an AAP-01 is, let's face it, crap.
This steel set replaces the important parts in the hammer group.
Watch the video on that advert ridden heap that is YT, and fit this quickly and easily. Watch out for getting the auto sear in with the spring in the right place or your semi auto won't work.
My AAP is smooth as you like with a little metal to metal grease on all these parts as I fitted them in.

Get the set! Disregard the BBU wear.

After doing research, the hammer along with the sear are common parts to degrade. This set gives you both of those parts.
Also, you may see things about the hammer being too tough of a metal and degrading the Blowback Unit too much - apparently it does but eventually bottoms out and no longer causes an issue. Might be worse if you have one of those lightweight ones.

Ss hammer set

So far the SS hammer set has been fantastic.
