It’s a screw.

It’s a screw, it’s long, one end has thread the other a head, it has a narrower section in the middle which gives it some interest and makes it stand out from other screws and it reaches the other side. Controversially I would say it is miss described and is more bolt-y then screw-y but I am not an expert in this subject so wouldn’t swear to it. Also it could be a choice of pronouns and it identifies as a screw and not a bolt, so far this hasn’t been an issue in the performance of it’s duties.
