The AAP-01 is an excellent starter pistol for those who want to get into airsoft as it is affordable but also very versatile in terms of the sheer number of upgrades possible. One can literally upgrade all the parts to turn it into a completely different pistol or even an impressive rifle.
Even if you want another pistol as your main, the AAP is a must have to learn the features of a GBB pistol and a low risk way to get acquainted with fixing and upgrading parts.
It’s designed to be a great airsoft gun rather then realistic. I’m a TM fanboy but this shoots better that a TM out the box and is half the price.
